Flutec PP25

Description
Flutec PP25 is a fully-fluorinated, odourless, colourless liquid.

Characteristics
Flutec PP25 has the following characteristics:-

  • Compatibility with most construction materials
  • Non flammable
  • Excellent chemical and thermal stability
  • Practically non-toxic1

Applications
Flutec PP25 finds many applications in the electronics industry including as a fluid for vapour phase soldering of higher melting point solders and in condensation inert heating equipment for curing resin systems or melting high melting point thermoplastic powder coats.

Safety, Handling and Storage
Although Flutec PP25 is considered biologically and chemically inert, good laboratory practice should be observed when handling. Flutec PP25 has an indefinite shelf life if properly stored in its original sealed container.
